Danny: Summer lovin’ had me a blast
Sandy: Summer lovin’ happened so fast
Danny: I met a girl crazy for me
Sandy: Met a boy cute as can be He is pretty cute.
Danny & Sandy: Summer days driftin’ away

Doody: Did you get very far?  Relax, Doody.
Pink Ladies: Tell me more, tell me more
Marty: Like does he have a car?  That’s shallow, Marty.
Pink Ladies: Uh-huh uh-huh uh-huh uh-huh

Danny: She swam by me, she got a cramp This seems insignificant. 
Sandy: He ran by me, got my suit damp  TMI, Sandy.
Danny: I saved her life, she nearly drowned
Sandy: He showed off, splashing around.  So it sounds like Danny was the one who nearly drowned.
Danny & Sandy: Summer sun, something’s begun

Kenickie: Did she put up a fight?  That would fall under “not consensual,” Kenickie.

Danny: Took her bowling in the arcade They have bowling in arcades?

Sandy: We went strolling, drank lemonade
Danny: We made out under the dock
Sandy: We stayed out ’til ten o’clock That’s not late, Sandy.

Sonny: Could she get me a friend?  You’re 32, Sonny. (The actor who played Sonny really was 32.)

Sandy: It turned colder, that’s where it ends  Hmm, I doubt it’s colder since it’s still summer but okay.
Danny: So I told her we’d still be friends How?  Are you going to call her?  Write? This is where the miscommunication originated.
Sandy: Then we made our true love vow
Danny: Wonder what she’s doing now SHE’S SINGING THE SAME SONG ON THE SAME CAMPUS

Danny & Sandy: Summer dreams ripped at the seams
